BECOME A BGE ACADEMIC!

Since 2020, we have held several cooking classes at Galerija okusov using Big Green Egg (BGE) barbecues, and have escorted many BGE fellows on a culinary journey of creativity.

Now is your chance to become one, too!

During the course, participants learn about the various ways of lighting the barbecue and the different techniques of cooking using a ceramic barbecue: smoking, low-temperature roasting, barbecuing steak, baking desserts in ceramic dishes, and baking baked products.

The course fee includes active participation in the preparation of a 4-course menu, a BGE apron, recipes and a final feast, as well as a voucher for 10% discount on the purchase of products from BGE Slovenia.

The courses are held on Saturdays and last four hours.
